Adjudication
- Review and advise on standard terms to ensure compliance with The Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (Amended 2011)
- Audit commercial systems to ensure compliance with the Act, particularly as regards notices of sums due and withholding notices
- Advise upon disputes which are suitable for Adjudication
- Formulate Notices for Adjudication and prepare Referral documentation
- Formulate Response documentation
- Provide Party Representation
Arbitration and Litigation
Provide Quantum and Planning Analysis for case submission and Expert Reports and Evidence in relation to:
- Principles of variations and quantum valuation
- Principles of direct loss and/or expense and quantum valuation
- Retrospective delay analysis where relevant to time and quantum issues
- Forensic analysis of contractual entitlement
